NyoGel 760G is a high-quality polyalphaolefin-based grease designed to maintain and protect flashlight threads and O-rings. With regular use, especially in dusty, wet or humid environments, flashlight components are exposed to friction and wear from repeated tightening and battery changes. Proper lubrication is essential to preserve sealing integrity and long-term performance.
NyoGel 760G applies easily in a durable, dense layer that remains stable across extreme temperatures. It does not dry out, wash away or dissolve in most liquids, ensuring consistent protection in harsh field conditions. Regular maintenance with appropriate lubrication helps prevent premature wear, corrosion and sealing failure.
For optimal performance, threads and O-rings should be cleaned and re-lubricated once or twice per year. In demanding environments or before planned water submersion, more frequent inspection and application is recommended. Reliable water and dust protection cannot be maintained with worn or unlubricated seals.
NyoGel 760G is recommended for use on Armytek flashlights with removable batteries.
