Order Processing
Once your order is placed, we will review and process it as soon as reasonably possible. Order processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, payment confirmation, and operational requirements.
Please ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. Ground Force International is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Orders over $500 may require additional verification before, during, or after the order is placed to ensure security and prevent fraudulent activity
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Shipping rates may vary depending on the delivery location, order size, product weight, shipping method, and carrier availability. Signature on delivery is added to all shipments for a flat fee of $2.95
Unless expressly stated otherwise, product prices do not include shipping, handling, customs duties, taxes, import fees, or any other additional charges that may apply to your order.

Delivery Times
Delivery times shown at checkout or provided in order communications are estimates only. We do not guarantee delivery dates or delivery timeframes.
Shipping and delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, public holidays, supply chain disruptions, incorrect shipping information, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Carrier Responsibility and Risk of Loss
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility passes to the carrier. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ground Force International is not liable for shipping delays, delivery failures, loss, theft, or damage caused by the carrier after the order has been handed over for shipment.
Title and risk of loss for products pass to the customer once the products are transferred to the carrier.
International Shipping
At this stage, We do not offer International Shipping.
If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless expressly stated at checkout.
Customs authorities may delay delivery. Ground Force International is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, customs clearance, or import regulations.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information may be provided after your order has been shipped. Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear or update.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
If an order cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, failed to collect the parcel, or was unavailable to receive delivery, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping, return, redelivery, or handling costs.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@groundforce.com.au as soon as possible. We may require photos, tracking details, order information, or other evidence to assist with carrier investigations.
While we will make reasonable efforts to assist you, we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.
