Delivery & Dispatch
Ground Force International delivers orders within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
We offer standard delivery Australia-wide, with shipping rates calculated at checkout.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within two business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Dispatch times may vary during peak periods, promotions, or where additional handling or compliance checks are required.
Standard delivery timeframes are estimated at three to five business days for metropolitan areas and five to eight business days for regional areas. Deliveries to Western Australia, Far North Queensland, and the Northern Territory may require an additional two to three business days. These timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
Express delivery timeframes are estimated at two to four business days for metropolitan areas and four to six business days for regional areas, subject to location and carrier availability.
All orders are shipped using Australia Post or an equivalent courier service. Where available, parcels are dispatched using a signature-on-delivery service to ensure secure delivery. If no one is available at the delivery address, the carrier may leave a delivery card and hold the parcel at a local post office for collection.
If a customer selects or enables a carrier-provided safe drop or authority to leave option, delivery will be deemed complete once the parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier. Ground Force International is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from parcels left without a signature where this option has been selected.
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier. Ground Force is not responsible for delivery delays, lost parcels, or damage caused by the shipping provider, weather events, or circumstances outside of our control. Any delivery issues should be reported to us within seven days of delivery so we can assist with lodging an enquiry with the carrier.
We make every effort to ensure products listed on our website are in stock and pricing is accurate. In the event that an item is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you within two business days to arrange a suitable alternative or a full refund.
Certain products are subject to state and territory regulations and may not be permitted for delivery to specific locations within Australia. Where a product cannot legally be shipped to the delivery address provided, Ground Force International reserves the right to cancel or amend the order prior to dispatch and will contact the customer to arrange a refund or alternative solution.
Delivery costs are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
