SHIPPING & RETURNS Policy

Ground Force International ships products within Australia only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible once payment has been received. Dispatch timeframes may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and location. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier. Ground Force is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, weather events, or circumstances outside of our control. Customers will receive tracking information where available.

Certain products are subject to state and territory regulations and may not be permitted for sale or shipment to specific locations within Australia. Where products are restricted or prohibited by law, Ground Force reserves the right to cancel or amend an order prior to dispatch. This includes, but is not limited to, products such as machetes, which are restricted in the state of Victoria. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure products are lawful to own and receive in their location.

If an order is placed for a product that cannot legally be shipped to the delivery address provided, Ground Force will contact the customer to arrange an alternative solution or refund.

Returns are accepted in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as applicable. For change of mind returns, acceptance is at the discretion of Ground Force and may be subject to conditions, including return shipping costs.

Returned products must be in original condition, unused, and returned in original packaging where possible. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is required due to a fault or error on our part.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe once the returned item has been received and assessed.

Ground Force reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above or that fall outside the scope of Australian Consumer Law.
