The 13cm Stiff Blade Boning Knife is built for detailed precision work where control is critical. The shorter blade length allows for accurate trimming around joints and smaller primals, making it ideal for poultry breakdown, lamb trimming and fine beef work. Its stiff blade construction prevents unwanted flex, giving the operator full control when separating meat cleanly from bone without tearing muscle fibres.

Manufactured from premium German stainless steel, the blade offers excellent edge retention and durability under repetitive commercial use. The hygienic blue handle provides a secure, non-slip grip even in wet processing environments and supports colour-coded food safety systems used in professional butcheries and abattoirs.
