All orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse and are processed during standard business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. 

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from the time of order confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on order size, weight, and destination. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable. Please note that delivery timeframes provided by carriers are estimates only and may be subject to delays outside of our control.
